Cost: $12 class (payable per term)
Does your son/daughter need to improve core strength, flexibility and posture? Do they want to improve performance in sports, dance, gymnastics? Perhaps they have silly niggles like sore shoulders, lower back, hips or knees. Youth Fit Pilates is a 45-minute max session that helps improves flexibility, strength and mobility in the areas required to restore balance and correct posture. Pilates for youths encourages a healthy interest about their body. Pilates will also help faster recovery after their adolescent growth spurts and help prevent injury in this time.
