Happy New Year! May 2014 be a fit and healthy year and full of fun and
laughter for you. Here is a list of classes with dates/times and prices with myself in February 2014. Can't wait to see you back and to welcome new faces!  30 days (4 weeks tomorrow) till we start back at classes so join me here daily with a daily exercise and nutrition tip to help you start preparing now! Practise the exercises and add on day by day - what a work out it will end up!
Exercise 1. V Sit ( photo attached)- hold for 30 secs more or less depending on fitness and repeat 3 times. Make sure good posture/set up and t zone activated!
Nutrition Tip 1: Need to lose a few Christmas Kilo's? There are about 3,500 calories in a pound of body weight. To lose one pound a week, you must consume about 500 fewer calories per day than you metabolise. How many calories you should consume a day depend on many factors height/weight/ gender/activity levels. Calorie counters are found online and will give you a gauge of how many  you should be consuming for your age etc for health and maintenance - just reduce by 500. Good luck!!
